What is the Tadawul All Share Index?

The Tadawul All Share Index is Saudi Arabia's main market index. Tadawul also measures a parallel equity market, NOMU, which provides an alternative way for companies to go public. The index was launched in 1985 with a base value of 1,000 and was restructured in 2008.
